Online Training with GoToMeeting

If any members of the team need any help with our software please feel free to give us a call and we can start an ‘Online Meeting’ via GoToMeeting. This is a web-hosted service that enables us to deliver training via the Internet in real time and the online meetings allow us to see your screen and take control of your keyboard and mouse to assist you. In-Office Training

We also hold annual meetings here at the Mela Offices where you are able to receive further training on your system. This is also a great chance for you to discuss how you collect your data, what improvements you would like to see in the future and meet other users of the system. On-site Training Training

Two on-site training sessions are included with the purchase of the system. This is where a member of the Mela Team will come to your premises and make sure your department is up to speed with the system. After your two on-site training sessions have been used, we do offer the opportunity to purchase more on-site sessions if needed.
