Online Training with GoToMeeting
If any members of the team need any help with our software please feel free to give us a call and we can start an ‘Online Meeting’ via GoToMeeting. This is a web-hosted service that enables us to deliver training via the Internet in real time and the online meetings allow us to see your screen and take control of your keyboard and mouse to assist you.
With an active subscription you will receive unlimited online training. If you are in need of training, please call us or complete our online support form.
One on-site training session is included with the purchase of the system. This is where a member of the Mela Team will come to your premises and make sure your department is up to speed with the system. After your one on-site training session has been used, we do offer the opportunity to purchase more on-site sessions if needed.
